Lau Bee Lan has 20 years of master planning experience in different types of big-scale strategic advisory development, township master planning for new integrated residential township development, industrial park development, tourism master planning development, and smaller-scale urban design for mixed-use development and new CBD (Central Busines District) development.
She has a comprehensive background in planning practice and technical knowledge in coordinating and delivering township development for the private sector and government in Malaysia, Vietnam, China, and South-East Asia. In particular, she has acquired experience in township development in Vietnam.
She has relevant execution experience and collaborates with internal teams to prepare the business plan for joint-venture projects between investors and the government. One the example is BPO prime project, a mixed-use development in Penang, her involvement started from the initial stage to preparing the development aspect of the project to support the business proposal and negotiate with the project owners to finalize the design scheme for authority submission. Lee Desiree Yu is an Architect by training, an Artist by passion, and a Woodworker in her dreams. She has more than 20 years of working experience in the design and building industry. A well-rounded professional with master planning, architecture, landscape, interior design and other areas in between that needs design work. Des has taken on and continues to practice when the opportunity arises. She is a mother of 3 talented children. Ms Liu graduated from The National University of Singapore with a master’s degree in urban design. In 3 years of working experience, she was involved with various master planning and urban design projects in China, Singapore, Cambodia and India. She participated in the regional planning and conceptual urban design of Paya Lebar New District in Singapore in cooperation with JTC, won the Silver Award of Zhoushan Thousand Island Business District International Urban Design Competition and DRIA 2019 Outstanding Urban Design Award. Singapore Institute of Planners (SIP)2019 Gold Award for Student Group, etc.

Zhu Yihan is a PhD student of Architecture at NUS currently. Yihan obtained his Master of Arts (Urban Design) degree from NUS and Bachelor of Engineering degree major in Urban Planning from Sun Yat-Sen University. During four years of practice as an urban designer in Singapore, his project experience ranged from the new towns, eco-tourist districts, industrial parks planning in China, tropical architecture in Southeast Asia, and public housing design in India. With C+T architects and planners since 2017, Yihan has won several international design competitions with the Company. In 2021, he starts his research exploring the quantitative study of urban public space.

Choo Meng Foo has 30 years of diversified experience in architectural and urban design works in Asian countries such as China, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Philippines, Pakistan, and Singapore. He loved to learn and share his thoughts and had published a few books on varied topics but has yet to publish any on urban design.
