Koh Wei Kiang is a Senior Principal Architectural Associate working in Surbana Jurong Consultants, and previously from CPG Consultants. Over the past 17 years, I have done urban design and planning projects, as well as architectural projects, in Singapore, Vietnam, China, Kazakhstan and Malaysia. Ms Liu graduated from The National University of Singapore with a master’s degree in urban design. In 3 years of working experience, she was involved with various master planning and urban design projects in China, Singapore, Cambodia and India. She participated in the regional planning and conceptual urban design of Paya Lebar New District in Singapore in cooperation with JTC, won the Silver Award of Zhoushan Thousand Island Business District International Urban Design Competition and DRIA 2019 Outstanding Urban Design Award. Singapore Institute of Planners (SIP)2019 Gold Award for Student Group, etc.
Expertise in regional master planning, industrial planning, conceptual urban design, sustainable design and resilient city research (e.g. gis-based urban spatial analysis) Linkedin

Choo Meng Foo has 30 years of diversified experience in architectural and urban design works in Asian countries such as China, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Philippines, Pakistan, and Singapore. He loved to learn and share his thoughts and had published a few books on varied topics but has yet to publish any on urban design.   A new role, a redefinition, a reinvention, Kheng Soon , the architectural philosopher, will share with you his thoughts on Modern Asian Design Thinking.  Tay Kheng Soon, born in 1940, is a practicing architect and former adjunct professor at  National University of Singapore Architecture School. He was president of the  Singapore Institute of Architects from 1990-1993 and founding member and  chairman of SPUR (Singapore Planning and Urban Research) from 1970 to 1971. He graduated from the School of Architecture (present Singapore Polytechnic) in 1964 and is  currently undertaking fundamental design research about Rubanisation.  He is a public intellectual who held many visionary views on the built environment and urban planning.
